The Extron Cable Cubby F55 is a furniture-mounted, tilt-up cable access enclosure that is fully customizable with Flex55 and EU modules for AV connectivity, USB, control, and power. Lifting the cover provides easy access to the connectivity modules. When used with pass-through cables, the full-width slot in the cover allows flexible connection to local devices while ensuring a smooth, unobstructed work surface. Leveraging the vast offerings of Flex55™ modules and the web-based configuration tool, an enclosure can be customized for a solution that easily adapts to anyone's needs. The tool-less clamping system makes installation fast, yet secure. Ideal for numerous environments, the Cable Cubby F55 is available in a discreet black finish and a contemporary aluminum finish.

The Cable Cubby F55 enclosure securely attaches to the furniture surface without tools. Assembly and configuration is quick with Flex55 or EU modules that easily snap into place. It is compatible with Extron ZipClip® 100, ZipClip 200, and ZipClip 400 mounting kits to securely mount products such as the PS Series Desktop Power Supply and other devices directly beneath the Cable Cubby® enclosure.

The enclosure is compatible with up to four full-size Flex55 and/or EU modules. The two included Captive Cable Kits feature a split plate that accommodates up to four AV cables each. The elegant design of the Cable Cubby F55 enclosure allows the cover to be closed when the connections are not needed, providing a clean professional appearance. The AV connectivity and control modules are at a 45-degree angle for easy identification and access while in a seated position. The Cable Cubby F55 integrates into nearly any room, including high-end conference centers, boardrooms, and courtrooms.

The modular design of the Cable Cubby F55 enclosure enables Flex55 and EU modules to be configured prior to installation. Power modules provide one unswitched AC outlet. An available multi-region AC outlet is compatible with a variety of AC plug types. To support the use of laptops, smartphones, and tablets in AV presentation environments, USB power modules feature one or two USB Type-A and/or one USB Type-C® power outlets for powering or charging. Also available is the Flex55 AC+USB 130 US with one US AC outlet, one USB Type-C connector, and one USB Type-A connector in a double-sized module.
