| Add a graphic to every page. |
| You'll know that you can add a graphic to the current page by selecting Insert, Picture. You can add a graphic to every page by selecting Insert, Special, Logo. |

| You can create additional body elements by simply selecting and existing element and pressing Enter. |

| Aligning objects. |
| You can use the Align command to align several objects on a slide. While holding down the [Shift] key, select the multiple objects you wish to align. Then, from the Drawing toolbar, choose Draw/Align or Distribute, and then choose the desired alignment option from the cascading menu. You can also distribute objects horizontally or vertically. |

| You can change individual segments of a chart/bar graph by clicking on the element and entering the new value. |

| Exporting an outline |
| Active Presenter doesn't allow you to print an outline of your presentation but you can also export it by choosing File, Save As.... which will allow you save the outline as a text file. |

| Choose Foreground from the Placement drop-down list to move and resize an object freely. |

| Resizing a series of pictures to match. |
| If you have a series of pictures you want to show Active Presenter can resize them all to be the same. Insert the pictures and right click on any one of them. Choose Format and select a scale and alignment setting. |
